Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: All pregnant women more than 28 weeks period of gestation getting admitted and delivering in labor ward with k/c/o hypothyroidism newly diagnosed with hypothyroidism

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: patients who have undergone radioiodine therapy patients have undergone partial thyroidectomy
