Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Fasting blood glucose level >1l0& upto 2. Post Prandial blood sugar level >140 & upto 3. Patients between the age group of 20-60 years irrespective of gender. 4. Patients of either sex will be taken.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients of Type1 diabetes mellitus. 2. Age below 20 years & above 60 years. 3. Blood sugar-fasting Blood sugar level >200mg/dl 4.Post Prandial blood sugar level >300mg/dl 5.Patient having complication. 6.Other serious medical & surgical ill patient will be excluded 7.Patient cannot follow the dietary regime.
