Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Subjects with the age group of 18 to 40 years 2.Subjects of all gender will be included in the study 3.Subjects willing to participate in the study 4.Subjects who are able to follow commands as per the protocol

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Any musculoskeletal or neurological disorders of upper extremity, trunk and lower extremity. 2. Previous and Present history of Spine surgery. 3.Previous and present history of abdomen surgery. 4.Any Psychological problems 5.Any Congenital disorders 6.Any Respiratory and Cardiac conditions
