Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Males and Females between age group of 18-24years. 2. Players with at least 1 year of badminton practice, per week 9-10hrs.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Players having any musculoskeletal injuries.
