Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: a) All females over 18 years diagnosed with urethral strictures. Diagnostic criterion were (1)Inability to calibrate urethra with 14 Fr catheter and/or (2)A maximum urinary flow rate of less than 12 ml/s on uroflowmetry and/or (3) Ultrasonograpy showing thick wall/trabeculated urinary bladder with significant post void residual urine ( >100ml). b) Written informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: a) Neurological diseases or neurogenic bladder and voiding dysfunction.
