Eligibility
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Hospitalized pediatric patients (age 2. Fever >=3 days 3. Rash or bilateral or non-purulent conjunctivitis or muco-cutaneous abnormalities (oral, hands or feet) 4. Hypotension or shock 5. Feature of myocardial dysfunction, pericarditis, valvulitis, or coronary abnormalities (including ECHO findings or elevated Troponin/NT-proBNP) 6. Evidence of coagulopathy (by PT, PTT, elevated d-Dimers) 7. Acute gastrointestinal problems (diarrhea, vomiting, or abdominal pain) 8. COVID-19 exposure within prior 4 weeks
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. No obvious microbial cause 2. Those patients who do not meet the WHO criteria and have evidence of other concomitant infections will be excluded
