Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Healthy Patients with age ranging from 18-60yrs,who are accompanied by a responsible person who is able to drive. 2. Patients having moderate to severe pain in mandibular molars (determined by Heft Parker pain scale) and diagnosed with symptomatic irreversible pulpitis with symptoms of lingering pain (confirmed by cold test and EPT) absence of any periapical changes radiographically). 3. Patients with moderate to severe anxiety as determined by modified corah dental anxiety scale(ranging9-25) 4.Patient who will agree to give written consent for the study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients who are immunocompromised or medically compromised. 2.Patients with periapical abscess and apical periodontitis and necrotic pulp. 3. Patients whose age is less than 18yrs and more than 60yrs. 4. Patients allergic to anxiolytics, local anesthesia or any other component of LA solution used in the study. 5. Patients who will not be agree to give the written consent. 6. Lactating or pregnant women. 7. Active site of pathosis in area of injection. 8. Drug abusers and alcoholics
