Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ASA PS ! and II, Undergoing multiple level lumbar spine surgeries

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients with uncontrolled Diabetes 2.Patients allergic to Local anesthetic Bupivacaine 3.Patients with previous history of Lumbar spine surgery 4.Patients having infection at needle insertion site for block 5.Patients who are morbidly obese i.e BMI > 40 Kg/m2 • Patients with pre-existing coagulation disorders
