Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: All patients in PICU requiring mechanical ventilation
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: a)Patients on ventilator after nasal intubation b)Patients after accidental extubation c)Care givers of patients not giving consent for specific suction system
