Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients aged 20-85 years, American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) grade II or III obese with body mass index (BMI) >30 kg/m2 scheduled for the elective lower abdominal, perineal and lower limb surgeries patients will be eligible.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: It includes contraindications to neuraxial blocks, pregnant patients and the patient refusal for combined spinal epidural anaesthesia.
