Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients diagnosed with spastic diplegic cerebral palsy. Age 4-18 years, both genders. GMFCS level â?  and â?¡. Ability to walk up and down 14 flight of stairs with or without assistive device. Able to understand and follow commands.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients undergone orthopaedic surgery within a year of assessment. Any other neurological condition.
