Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Male and Female aged between 18- 60 years (both inclusive). 2. Patients presenting with low back pain. 3. Patients with the ability to understand and provide written informed consent form, which must have been obtained before the screening. 4. Patients willing to comply with the protocol requirements.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with a history of surgery in the past 6 months. 2. Patients with Rolland Morris Low Back Pain and Disability Questionnaire score 20 3. Patients with Traumatic pain and Severe Degenerative Spinal Disorder demand surgical intervention. 4. Has Spinal Tumors, Spinal Infections, Rheumatoid Arthritis, Osteoarthritis, Ankylosing Spondylitis. 5. Have major structural changes in MRI and X-ray which are deemed clinically significant by the study investigator. 6. Female patients who are pregnant 7. Patients who attended any type of Yoga classes in the past six months and practicing regularly 8. Patients with any kind of heart disorders, Hernia, and reproductive organs disorders. 9. Patients with a history of drug or alcohol abuse 10. Suspected inability or unwillingness to comply with the study procedures. 11. Patients with clinically significant disorders that, in the opinion of the study investigator, would result in jeopardizing the patient’s safety and efficacy of the drug.

To evaluate the efficacy of Surya Shakthi and Yoga Namaskar as an add on therapy in the management of Low Back Pain by assessing Rolland Morris Disability questionnaire (RMD 24)Timepoint: RMD 24 will be assessed at week 06 and week 12

To evaluate the efficacy of Surya Shakthi and Yoga Namaskar in reducing the pain severityTimepoint: Visual Analogue Scale (both at rest and movement) will be assessed at week 02,week 04,week 06,week 08,week 10 and week 12
