Intervention1: Integrated approach of yoga therapy: Lifestyle intervention for 15 days starts with meditation in morning 5:30 am then continues with varied programs and end at 8:00 pm with satwikahar

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Subjects diagnosed with Type 2-Diabetes Aged 30-65 years Both the genders - male and female.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Those with psychological co-morbidities Subjects with renal dysfunctions, since Klotho levels are known to be down regulated in such cases Suffering from chronic or medical conditions impeding their participation in the intervention Those with prior exposure of yoga Have undergone a recent surgery Physically challenged
