Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ASA physical status I or II undergoing isolated femur fracture surgeries under spinal anaesthesia

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: history of significant cardiac, hepatic or renal disease; Patients having nausea or vomiting 24 hours before surgery and/or those receiving any other antiemetics within last 24 hour and a known hypersensitivity to 5HT3 agents
