Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1)Age : 20- 60 Years 2)Sex : Male, Female, Transgender 3)Patients having any of the symptoms like bleeding during defecation, constipation, pain in anal region 4)Willing to give blood samples for the investigation when required 5)Patient willing to undergo proctoscopy examination 6)Patient willing to sign informed consent
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1) Pregnancy and lactation 2) Second degree Haemorrhoids 3) Fissure in ano 4) Fistula in ano 5) External Haemorrhoids 6) Rectal tuberculosis 7) Rectal cancer
