Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients belonging to ASa grade 1 and ASA grade 2 Patients scheduled for elective laparoscopic cholecystectomy under general anaessthesia With endotracheal intubation

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Unwilling patients. Patients with anticipated difficult intubation. Patients with labeled blood pressure, severe renal, endocrine and cardiac dysfunction, heart block. Patients on Beta-blocker drugs. Patients with asthma, chronic obstructive lung disease, Cystic fibrosis. Morbidly Obese patients. Patients with history of alcohol/drug abuse. Pregnant and lactating patients.
