Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Asymptomatic Patients with necrotic pulp in permanent mature teeth with a closed apex associated with or without periapical radiolucency, no response of vital pulp with thermal test and electric pulp testing, no tooth mobility, and a pocket depth <3 mm.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with medical conditions like cardiac problems, pregnant patients, diabetic patients, bleeding tendencies, HIV+ patients, hepatitis-B. All patients will go through HIV screening.
