Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Women with supraregional Vesicovaginal fistulas who have not previously undergone repair attempt.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients not consenting to the trial. 2.Prior history of Irradiation/ Genito-urinary tuberculosis. 3.Patients requiring an ancillary procedure that can affect the operating time and blood loss. 4.Complex multiple fistulae.
