Inclusion criteria: Myofascial pain syndrome VAS >5

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: History of trauma Fibromyalgia Neuropathy, Radiculopathy,Arthritis, Spondylosis Listhesis of vertebra, Pain as apart of generalised disease Connective tissue disorders other neurological and orthopaedic conditions that manifest as a muscle spam
