Inclusion criteria: Participants are preferred to be literate persons with disabilities working in Private sector organizations in Karnataka. And having ability to communicate in English languages.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: One who do not provide consent or are not coming under the inclusion criteria.

MeasureTime frame
The study shall help the Government of India to make any policy implications with regards to Rights of Persons with disabilities Act, 2016. The study shall help the private organizations to have managerial implication to achieve the competitive advantage by recruiting the persons with disabilities. Timepoint: Two years—
