Inclusion criteria: 1.patient suffering the diagnostic criteria 2. patient between the age 20 and 70

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.pregnnant,lactating women 2. patient suffering from pathological condition like bonetumor , tuberculosis,spine 3. uncontrolled diabetes mellitus. 4. histroy of cervical spine 5. anaemia
