Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age more than 18 years 2. first episode of lateral epicondylalgia 3. Symptom duration more than 3 months

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Bilateral lateral epicondylalgia 2. History of any upper quadrant fractures 3. History of cervical radiculopathy 4. Positive tests for mechanosensitivity of radial, ulnar or median nerve. 5. History of any other musculoskeletal dysfunction of upper quadrant 6. Congenital or acquired deformities of upper extremity. 7. Withdrawal of informed consent.
