Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Subjects aged between 21-65 years of age irrespective of gender, religion, occupation & socio-economic status. Subjects fit for Basti karma. Subjects with BMI 25 â?? 29kg/m2 . Subjects with waist hip ratio >= 0.95 in males and >= 0.8 in females.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ï?¶ Subjects who are unfit for basti karma ï?¶ Subjects presenting with Type 1 diabetes, uncontrolled diabetes mellitus, uncontrolled hypertension and cardio vascular diseases. ï?¶ Subjects with secondary cause like due to any medical history like steroid intake. ï?¶ Associated with history of any endocrinal pathology. ï?¶ Pregnant and lactating women.
