Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients with MI, willing to participate, admitted in CCU, PGIMER, Chandigarh, Anticipated discharge to home, No prescribed activity or exercise restriction Patients who can read and speak Hindi/Punjabi/ English

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: A diagnosis of acute psychotic disease/ life-limiting condition, Having auditory, visual, fine motor, or ambulatory disorders.Patients who are NOT willing to participate
