Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Pregnant women having Garbhashosha diagnosed by clinical sign symptoms and ultrasonography Age group 20 to 35 years Asymmetrical IUGR Gestational age between 28 to 34 weeks of primi or multi parity Upto third Gravida Patient having Hb percentage more than 7 gram percentage

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Pregnancy with PIH Symmetrical IUGR Known cases of DAIBETES MELLITIS Gestational DAIBETES MELLITIS Cardiac and Renal Disease Kochs Twin pregnancy Congenital malformations of fetus Patients of Abruption of placenta
