Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients of ASA grade I and II Non smoker Duration of surgery >1 hr. Informed and written consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with preoperative sore throat, cough and hoarseness H/o respiratory infection within last 2 week Allergy to study drugs Preoperative treatment with corticosteroids Patient with Mallampati grade III and IV More than one attempt for orotracheal intubation
