Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients taking telmisartan for hypertension 2.Patients with mild to moderate hypertension 3.Patients willing to give written informed consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patient age 65 years 2.Uncontrolled Hypertension 3.Previous history of malignancy 4.Previous history of myocardial infection 5.Current or potential pregnancy / Lactation 6.Chronic kidney disease 7.H/O psychiatric illness
