Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Neuro-rehabilitation Occupational therapists currently working with adult neuro rehabilitation clients in India 2. Minimum work experience of 6 months 3. Education criteria are minimum BOT 4. English speaking 5. Access to the internet

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Currently unemployed 2. Retired
