Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Bilateral edentulous sites with two or more teeth borne single tooth missing in anterior maxilla up to premolars Patients who are capable of undergoing conventional implant surgery Patients with intact buccal cortical plates Patients willing to comply with study requirements ASA 1 patients

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with history of radiotherapy to head and neck Active infection or inflammation at intended implant sites Major systemic disease example uncontrolled diabetes ASA 2 3 4 5 patients Patients with severe bruxism or clenching habit Patients with poor oral hygiene and Chronic smokers
