Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Includes overweight (23.0 â??24.9 kg/m2) and obese (greater than or equal to 25 kg/m2) healthy individuals

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Smokers, 2. Alcoholics, 3. Diabetics,4. Persons with endocrine or muscular disorders 5. Users of oral contraceptive pills or 6. Any prescribed medications known to affect body composition or the endocrine system will be excluded.
