Eligibility
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Individuals with good general health and age between 18-60 years. 2. Subjects who have not received periodontal therapy, in the previous six months. 3. Subjects who readily give informed consent for the study. 4. Systemically healthy patients .
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Consumption of tobacco in any form and alcoholics. 2. Pregnant and lactating females. 3. Subjects who have received anti-inflammatory, antibiotic and steroid drugs in previous three months
