Intervention1: Audio-visual therapy: The intervention includes simultaneously showing the woman a slideshow of images of pregnant woman or breastfeeding mothers and making her listen to Raga Desi Todi

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Primigravida woman - Admitted to the delivery room. - Term singleton pregnancy (� 37 weeks) - Being in the active phase of labor (cervical dilatation 4-8 cm) - Having no obstetric risks. - Not receiving any analgesia. - Gives consent to participate in the study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: - Woman in labor who is either blind or deaf or both. - Women who could not complete 2 hours of intervention prior to beginning of second stage of labor.
