Interventions

Intervention1: Transcranial direct electrical stimulation (tDCS), Manual Patellar Glides,Knee muscles strengthening, Hip muscles strengthening and Core stability exercises: Group A (Experimental group
three sets of each exercise will be done with each set of 10 repetitions. Control Intervention1: Gold Standard Knee Strengthening: Group B (Control group) will be treated with Gold Standard Knee Stren
three sets of each exercise will be done with each set of 10 repetitions. Weekly Progression with addition of Thera band, weights, increase in hold time will be done in both groups based on 10 repetit

Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Unilateral knee pain with pain score of 3 on VAS scale out of 10. 2. Patient having pain at anterior Knee with at least 3 of following: a. During or after activity b. Prolong sitting c. Stair climbing and descending d. Squatting 3. Pain on palpation of patellar facets 4. Pain during double squat 5. Clark test positive.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: History of hip or knee, Spine surgery Lower back pain Hyperextended knee Deformity at Hip, Knee, Ankle and Spine Traumatic patellar dislocation Recurrent patella dislocation Meniscal injury Flat foot High arch foot Abnormal tibia torsion

Visual Analogue Scale for assessing the pain Anterior Knee Pain Scale for assessing disability Timepoint: Visual Analogue Scale:Entry( 1st day), 2nd week, fourth week and last day at 6th week. Anterior Knee Pain Scale:Entry( 1st day), 2nd week, fourth week and last day at 6th week.
