Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Age >60 years undergoing surgery for hip fracture

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patient Refusal 2.Morbid Obesity 3.Contraindication to subarachnoid block 4.Coexisting severe medical illness like severe respiratory disease(SpO2 160/100) 5.Neurological Disease (Stroke,Alzheimer,Paralysis) 6.Psychiatric Disease,uncontrolled endocrine disorder 7.Coagulation abnormalities
