Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: • Patient refusal to provide informed consent. • Hemodynamically unstable patient requiring more than one inotropic infusion • Patients with reduced arterial partial pressure of oxygen (PaO2), Anemia, preoperative desat-uration

Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
To detect cerebral desaturation episodes during embolisation of anterior circulatory aneu-rysms and its effect on incidence of DCI during the hospital stay, mortality and outcome at discharge.Timepoint: prior to the procedure, every 10 minutes throughout the proedure and post procedure

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
â?¢ Effects of the periprocedural cerebral blood flow velocity changes on the incidence of complications, disease course during the hospital stay and outcomes at discharge. â?¢ To study the correlation of changes in CBFV and rScO2 with changes in angiographic vasospasm Timepoint: prior to the procedure, post procedure and 48 hour after procedure
