Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients American Society of Anesthesiology (ASA) grading I â?? III Physical status 2.Patients required general anesthesia with orotracheal intubation 3.EI-Ganzouri risk index (EGRI) between 1-

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1)Age 2)Undergoing emergency surgery 3)Patients required rapid sequence induction 4)Need for awake tracheal intubation 5)BMI 35 6)Tracheal intubation with other than PVC ET tube 7)Patients requiring nasal intubation
