Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Married females Diagnosed cases of stress urinary incontinence Suffer from mild to moderate SUI (based on the patientâ??s history and Incontinence Severity Index) One year post-partal, parous, nulliparous, BMI of 18â??30 kg/m2, Medically and physically fit for the measurement and therapeutic exercises (running, jumps)
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Continuous urinary leakage Current UI drug therapy Greater than I Stage pelvic organ prolapse Pregnancy current urinary tract or vaginal infection, menstruation on the day of examination; Contraindications for measurements or interventions, for example, acute inflammatory or infectious disease, tumor, fracture; de novo systemic or local estrogen treatment ( de novo drug treatment with anticholinergics or other bladder active substances (tricyclic antidepressants, selective serotonin reuptake inhibitors).
