Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Patient should be willing to be participate in the trial. 2.Presence of clinical features of Gridhrasi with low back pain radiating to thigh ,foot. 3.Age above 16 years and below 64 years of either sex. 4.Patient having tenderness along the course of sciatic nerve. 5.Patient having SLR test positive

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patient age below 16 and above 64 years of age. 2.Patient with other systemic disorder and malignancy. 3.Degenrative disorder with marked deformity. 4.Pregnant women and lactating mother. 5.History of major trauma causing fractures. 6.Patient of cauda eqine syndrome and other surgical emergencies 7.Patient suffering from major systemic illness necessitating long term drug treatment (Rheumatoid arthritis, Tuberculosis, Psycho-neuro endocrinal disorder, Blood cancer, HIV, Hepatitis, Diabetes Mallitus,heart Failure). 8.Smoker, alcoholic and drug abusers. 9. Patient with poorly controlled hypertension (i.e. systolic >160mmhg and diastolic >100mmhg).
