Intervention1: Tm-CTI: Mobile - Assisted Contacts Tracing Intervention (m-CTI).â?¢ ï?? As per participantâ??s willingness and eligibility criteria, they will be requested to download the app, Mobile
on the basis of availability of smart mobile phone with net of own or in the family) (Who donâ??t have a smart phone will be registered in control group) ï?? Determine TB screening activities to reach
intermittentitally reminder and alerts will be generated and delivered (in the form of SMS) to the contact as per the data will be entered in app. ï?? To engage and inform , further a online meeting

Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: For Indexed pulmonary primary TB cases: 14 yrs or older, smear-positive or negative, drug-sensitive or resistant. For primary household & high-risk contacts of smear-positive or negative - drug-sensitive or drug-resistant pulmonary Tuberculosis indexed patients with or without HIV: No Age limit, all gender, anyone who is living in the same house during the previous 3 months of current TB diagnosis including high-risk contacts who are spending time more than 8 hours in total in congregate settings or breathing space in outside settings common for both TB cases and contacts: has own Smartphone with the net or has one in family and At least one member in the family would be able to understand or read Hindi or English or nearby neighbor or relative who is ready to take responsibility of registration & data entry of these cases and contacts on regular basis as a volunteer.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Indexed TB patient: Extra-pulmonary TB patients . Primary Contact: Not a Close household contact (living with indexed TB case in the same house; and Not a casual contact who shares breathing space more than 1 hrs, in close proximity of 2 meters within the last three months before the diagnosis of active TB in indexed case.
