Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Systemically healthy patients. Patients having maxillary and mandibular osseous defects with probing depth greater than or equal to 5mm and clinical attachment loss of greater than or equal to 3mm from cementoenamel junction. Patients with radiographic intraosseous defects.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Systemically comprimsed patients and those on medication. Pregnant woman and Lactating mother. Patients Allergic to drugs. Smokers. Patients with Bruxism habit.
