Inclusion criteria: Patients with acute pulmonary thromboembolism in all age group

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Chronic obstructive pulmonary disease Congenital atrial septal defect Old right ventricular myocardial infraction Obstructive sleep apnea Tricuspid valvular disease (apart from TR) Pulmonary stenosis Rv cardiomyopathy Atrial fibrillation
