Inclusion criteria: All patients those who consent to participate in the fasting program will be included.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Underweight Known nutritional deficiency Pregnant and lactating women Pyschiatric disorders if any

To study the effect of therapeutic fasting on the levels of vitamin D, Vitamin B12 and Complete blood count. Timepoint: The measurement will be done at day 0 before the intervention and day 10 after the intervention

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
To study the impact of therapeutic fasting on Quality of life of patients using WHO QoL questionnaire SF-36 Bref To assess the vitality status of the patients using a visual analog scale. Timepoint: The measurement will be done at day 0 before the intervention and day 10 after the intervention
