Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: New Cases or patients who admitted first time for first Percutaneous Coronary Interventions (PCI) age of 45-65 Yrs., any gender, with or without any comorbidity will be included in the study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Old cases or having Post Percutaneous Coronary Intervention status, Pregnant and lactating mothers.

1. To estimate the proportion of cases who has good quality of life after PCI Using short Seattle Angina Questionnaire 77 2. To determine the association of Pharmacoepidemiology variableâ??s with Quality of Life using WHO indicators including ICD and ATC classification, for drug utilizations in cases of Post Percutaneous coronary interventions 3. To estimate adherence of Medicine in Post PCI cases using MMSA-48(Morisky Medication-Taking Adherence Scale-MMAS (4- item))Timepoint: 4 weeks

MeasureTime frame
To sensitize the patients about appropriate use of Medications , Adverse Drugs Reactions and also report ADR if any to ADR monitoring center in Department of Pharmacology of SMS Medical College. â?¢ To sensitize the patients about risk factors and life style modifications â?¢ To calculate total number of defined daily dose (DDD) of each drug prescribed in Post PCI Patients.Timepoint: 1 year
