Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Histologically proven cases of left sided breast carcinoma after mastectomy with or without lymph node positivity planned for DIBH-RT. 2. Karnofskyâ??s performance scale score (KPS) greater than or equal to 70

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with BCS 2. Right sided breast carcinoma 3. Metastatic disease 4. KPS score 5. Patients with medical history of active cardiac diseases like arrhythmias, myocardial infarction, and congestive heart failure. 6. Inability to establish a reproducible breathing pattern. 7. Inability to maintain breath holding for 20secs at least due to compromised lung function. 8. Need for sedation. 9. Patients with flap reconstruction. 10. Patient refusal.
