Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ECOG- score 0-3 Metastatic cancer in Liver with primary in any of the following organs. Breast, Prostate, Head and Neck Cancer, Rectum, ovary, uterus, intestine, pancreas. Patients would have received conventional treatment, be it, surgery, radiation, chemotherapy and immunotherapy and failed. That is progressive disease despite conventional therapeutics.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patient with: Performance status more than ECOG3. Patients with metastasis in brain. Patients with skeletal fractures or metal implements. Informed consent not given. 8. H/O. stroke, Primary or metastatic brain tumour. Multi organ failure. Cirrhosis or chronic-renal disease. Pregnancy. H/O. Convulsions. Uncorrected dehydration.

Primary

Measure	Time frame
