Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: All patients above 18 years, undergoing exploratory laparotomy in emergency

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients where I COUGH protocol can not be implemented like patients on ventilator, critically ill patients on ionotropes and patients who are unable to understand the instruction given to them, patient who are either not having a smart phone or if they are not well versed with the use of social media and messaging services
