Inclusion criteria: AT LEAST ONE TRIGGER POINT ON UPPER TRAPEZIUS MUSCLE LATERAL CERVICAL FLEXION <45 DEGREE

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ANY SPECIFIC NECK PATHOLOGY OR RADICULOPATHY RHEUMATOID ARTHRITIS AND SYSTEMIC DISEASES SENSORY PROBLEMS AT MID AND UPPER BACK HISTORY OF HEAD,NECK AND UPPER EXTREMITY TRAUMA OR SURGERY
