Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients referred for brain MRI scan within the age group of 18 to 60 who are capable of understanding the given instruction

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with lifetime history of dementia, major psychiatric or neurologic disorders, alcohol or substance abuse, head trauma or systemic disease affecting brain function or uncontrolled hypertension or cardiovascular disease

Physical activity of the patient will be quantified through IPAQ after which MRI analysis will be done for medial temporal lobe thickness, hippocampal volume and posterior cingulate gyrus using CONN tool box softwareTimepoint: 6months after recruitment of first participant
