Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Patients who are diagnosed for mechanical neck pain, Had mechanical neck pain for less than 3 months, Had an active upper trapezius trigger point ( an active upper trapezius trigger point is defined as a tender nodule in a taut band that referred pain in a pattern specific for upper tapezius), Decreased cervical lateral flexion to the opposite side of active upper trapezius trigger point, Patients who are receiving to Physiotherapy from musculoskeletal unit of CRP.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Patients who are taking anticoagulants, Patients who are using long term corticosteroid therapy, Any pathological condition that causes neck pain, Patients who are suffering from vertebrobasillar insufficiency (VBI), Any history of trauma and fracture, Any history of recent surgery, Any previous or current history of psychiatric or psychological treatment, Patient with severe psychological problem.
