Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Age â?? Above 45 years. Sex - Male Patients with classical signs & symptoms of Vatashtheela

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: • Age below 45yrs Patient with acute retention. Malignant condition of uro-genital system. Patient associated with other systemic disorders like Diabetes mellitus, Renal Failure, Malignancy, etc. Suspected â??Covid -19â?? positive patients.
